Losing slow and frustrated!!
See this is exactly why I don't want to weigh myself on a regular basis because now I'm wondering what's going on! I last weighed myself on the 27th of March, I weighed myself today at the gym, and was only down 3lbs, so now I'm starting to wonder if im going to start losing slower? I'm still on soft foods, my calorie intake is roughly 400-600 a day I eat nothing but protein (chicken, turkey and fish) I sometimes get veggies in but it's hard I get full very very quickly, and I haven't touched a carb besides veggies. So is it possible that I'm starting to lose slow! Or could it possibly be I'm coming off a stall I most likely didn't notice because I don't weight myself often? I like to try to weigh myself once a month, but it was hard to resist being that it was my first day working out and I was feeling so good. That 3lb lost irritated my soul but it's better than a gain, but now I'm here asking questions.
Ps. Btw I haven't been working out just walking once a day, just staring to feel good enough to work out so I started the gym today
Stalls can happen at anytime... for me I am a weigh myself everyday person...feel it keeps me honest. Just can't get crazy over it. I never counted calories, only protein and fluids. I also always have a protein drink or I will never get enough protein in... Good Luck.

Weight loss was once described to me as a flight of stairs. Down a riser, along a tread, down a riser.
I weigh every day and did throughout. But the numbers don't worry me. If they are good I am happy, if not, I call myself a silly cow and move on. You are right nit to weigh if it makes you worry! The pounds will go!
Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.
Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!
But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
I understand your flustration. It seems mine is going slower than it should. Seems like lose a pound then stall a few days and then lose a pound. Just seems to be going slower than I thought it would. Just hanging in there and doing what I am suppose to be doing and in the end it will all go! My doctor told me to get rid of my scale, but I can't do that!!

I would weigh yourself weekly or 2 twice a week. It will give you a better understanding as to how you will actually lose. I lost 1 week a month and the other 3 weeks, not a pound. Also I am very impressed with your calorie count but how many grams of Protien are you getting?
I think I'm going to give in a buy a scale! My surgery buddy also told me to weigh myself every few days to see how I'm losing! But I try to get 60g of protein a day, it's hard because I'm never hungry and have to remind myself to eat, but I rarely do under 60 grams!
