Purée diet
I don't like puréed meat so I made myself a very, very thick vegetable soup with added chick peas etc for protein.

The baked ricotta was heaven at that time! Highly recommend. I didn't have a "pureed" stage, it was pretty much eggs, yogurt, tuna, canned chicken, and cottage cheese, no regular food in the blender like some others. I had soft boiled eggs, the whites cut up really small and my pouch liked that a lot. My friend that had surgery years before me said she lived on egg drop soup for awhile. I made a batch of the baked ricotta and it lasted me several days, and I think I only ate like half of it, but it was amazing after about a month on liquids.
