I think if you are using it once a day as a vehicle to drink your protein I don't think it is a problem. You just don't want to get into the habit as drinking too much.

Juicing removes fibre. Blending doesn't. So smoothies are better for us than juices. I have a smoothie every day (but I am in maintenance nit losing) and make mine from coconu****er, melon, mango, paoaya, pineapple etc with a small amount of banana. I usually add greenery like large quantities if mint or smaller quantities if spinach or kale. If it us to be my entire breakfast, I often add a bit of yoghurt or a few oats.

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

thanks for all your input. I will continue to to juice a few times a week along with my shakes. I am not much for Milk or coconu****er. I have been drinking lots of water. I need to up my protein intake, and i am going back to my doctor this month for a check up. I am 6 yrs out and I am finding it harder to lose weight.
