Body lift Houston vs Mexico

I lost 240lbs total since bypass in 2007, however I gained 50lbs back over the past 18 months?? Anywho,, Its time for skin removal, body lift, chest and arms. My insurance has a exclusion specifically excluding weight loss skin removal regardless of clinical finding. Sucks!! Cash pricing from anyone good in Houston area is $22000-26000 for what I need. Does anyone have a good surgeon for what I need that is more reasonable in Houston area?/ Or does anyone have experience with going to Mexico for half the price?

Dr. LoMonaco in Houston is the best, but more expensive than most. To me he was worth it. Dr. David Wainwright is good and has lots of experience with bariatric patients. Baylor Residency program has a great reputation and is much less expensive.
