Today is Surgery Day!

After the months of preparation and the years of anguish, today is the day. I have my RNY surgery today! I'm a little nervous but mostly excited.  Post importantly, I feel completely and totally ready for the surgery and the hard work.  Bring it on! 

I have many surgery twins so please keep us all in your thoughts, and make room on the losers bench!

I hope you will all soon feel the same about having WLS as I do... BEST gift I ever gave myself. 

Drink your water, walk as much as you are able, focus on making those life changes and not the scale #'s ;)

Hi all, 

I'M officially on the losers bench now! Everything went well, no complications, pain is thus far manageable. I'm up and walking. - slowly, but I'm up.
