I bought a jar & have had four servings! What is this?! I don't even like pickles, lol! Good thing they're low cal & low carb!

(And I'm definitely not pregnant.)

You probably craving sodium and minerals. Low carb food - not only we eat very little post opp - but the low carbs makes us lose a lot of water. Sodium helps keeping the water. Prevents muscle cramps.

I may be wrong but I don't think you are supposed to have raw veggies right away, you may want to check with your surgeon before so you don't end up with a tummy ache!

Oh Please believe I'm very sure of what I can't have raw that's brocolli, onion, cabbage and cauliflower! Everything else is a GO!  I ask way too many questions and pay far too much attention to not know what's in my dietitians post op plan! I'll still take it slow though, I've learned that transitioning  slowly through stages works best for me! But thanks for the concern😊

Girl, I was able to add back in beef and pork last week and let me tell you....I was such a happy girl (getting tired of turkey and chicken). I ordered a slow cooked pot roast on Friday night and the few bites I took was delicious!!!

I hate to break it to you, but I'm 6 mos out and still can't tolerate raw veggies!  I can eat salad and love it, but no raw broccoli, cauliflower etc. Always loved it before. :-(  Maybe you'll be ok. Here's hoping!
