5K Run On Your WLS Bucket List?
One of the common goals for us is a 5K Run. Our members post often they used the following to train and achieve the 5K Run goal.

I prefer the Zombies, Run 5k Training app to Couch to 5k - I find it much more engaging and interesting. And C25K has some weird transitions between weeks.

I'm signed up for a few 5K's between now & November, but none that I'm as excited for as the Blacklight Run in November at Six Flags here in San Antonio. Going to be so fun!!
