Green soup - not

But lots of stoup - look it up on the Virgin Diet site.  Full of protein and low carb vegetables and stays in my pouch a long time - unlike soups.

Currently as only 13 days post-op. I am on puree and at this stage...I really like my 1/4 c. tuna salad made with light mayo an dill pickle relish.

It changes for me but right now Im really enjoying steel cut oats.  Not much protein but damn they are good!  I couldn't tolerate hot cereal type stuff before surgery but now I love it.

After living on protein shakes and water, when I got to the puree stage I lived on Wendy's chili out of the blender! It was like heaven after weeks of chocolate protein shakes. I am now 3 years out but I still remember how much more human I felt eating real(ish) food! Good luck!
