Scale thing on profile

Hi there, how do I add that scale photo thing on my profile showing my weightloss?

Welcome to OH!  I believe the scale thing you are speaking of is the weight ticker.  You create it by setting up your Health Tracker.  You can find it by clicking MY OH in the upper right hand side of the webpage.  Once you have set your weight and goal weight, click the tab that says Tickers and Widgets.  Be sure when creating the ticker you check the option for it to show on your profile and message boards.  

Display Placement:
 Add to profile (Introduction Section)
 Add to messageboard signature

Also be sure you have selected the option to enable  your signature area.  You can do this by clicking your user name in the upper right hand corner, settings message board.
