Science fact of the day: The relationship between an object's mass and the pull of gravity is measured in Newtons.
Oddly enough, the relationship between myself and my scale could also be measured in Newtons, i.e. how many I may have consumed pre-op if a bag of them ended up in my grocery cart.

The Iron Maiden could make or break my day pre-op. Now, I don't always like the numbers but I don't stress over them.
For 35 years I was on some kind of weight loss program, mostly Weigh****chers. Never got to goal. In the summer it was easy to dress for weigh in, but in the winter I would weigh my clothes and socks to see which was lighter. I didn't wear a watch or jewelry and took my glasses off.
