I find this encouraging
So true! But sadly it does measure, or affect our self-esteem, confidence and even self-worth. It's just a machine but a machine that WE give power to. The lower it goes the happier we are, the higher it goes the sadder we become. It can't measure "Who" we are but sadly it does measure for many of us. "What" we feel we are. But those are good words to keep by the scale. Thanks.

This is true. But gravity is a heartless ***** Gravity wore out both of my knees and hips, and I need replacements. Gravity wrecked my circulation, blew out the valves in my veins, and enlarged my heart.
If the !*#@/% International Space Station had accepted my application, I would have been in great shape.
Now if only I could figure out how to alter the gravitational constant of the universe.
