Yes I do understand that.  I've played the yo yo game in the past too.   All we can do I think is keep moving forward and giving it all we can at the time

I don't mind the phrase "losing" weight. Lots of idioms are imprecise. What really bugs me are all those who write about "loosing"weight.

^^^ What Grim said.  People who don't know the difference between "lose" and "loose" make me apoplectic.

I try not to get wrapped up in terminology so much.  Just grammar

Yes that is true.  Like most of us I imagine we all have one or two things that we get stuck on as being weird and can't get that out of our heads.  Lol

Refer to it as "releasing weight".  I bless you with love and release you and let you go!

I considered my journey as a "purging".  Not only of my weight, but of old habits.

I'm gonna continue losing weight because as Kim said it finds it's way back oh so very easily and one needs to be fully aware of that or it will indeed find it's way back with all its little friends. I prefer to stay reality based in my endeavor. I also feel very sad for all those who say "gone forever" because without diligent work it will bwe back before you know what hit you!
