Pants rolling down at waist

so I am about 2.5 weeks from surgery and I will hope that my pants will not roll down at the waist once I lose this weight. 

Does anyone else have that problem?  For this of you who have lost the weight does the problem resolve once the weight is lost?  

I had to switch to fitted pants with a zipper, button, hook and eye and wear a belt.  Pants with an elastic waistline would roll down quickly.  You will be changing sizes rapidly, so buy the smaller sizes in a style that will stay in place.

As you lose weight, you may see a new shape altogether start to emerge, so yeah, there's a very good chance your pants will stop rolling down at the waist.  In fact, you may find yourself choosing pants that don't have the ability to roll down anywhere.  It's a mind-blowing experience.
