High protein pasta. Yes or No?
STAY AWAY FROM THE CARBS!!! I was doing great -- until I started with low carb tortillas and pita pockets -- BIG TROUBLE!! Awoke the carb monster -- I'm just now back on track, after struggling too long with the demon. Dense Proteins and Veggies, and weigh and measure, etc. You will be too full to add those nasty fake carbs.
