High protein pasta. Yes or No?

At one month out post-op?  Never in a million years - the two times I've thrown up were directly because of trying bread and pasta.  At two years out I still can't do pasta.  

It seriously balloons up in your stomach and that's a horrible feeling.

STAY AWAY FROM THE CARBS!!!  I was doing great -- until I started with low carb tortillas and pita pockets -- BIG TROUBLE!!  Awoke the carb monster -- I'm just now back on track, after struggling too long with the demon.  Dense Proteins and Veggies, and weigh and measure, etc.  You will be too full to add those nasty fake carbs.
