Fruit definitely does not work for me. Makes me dump. Maybe a bite or 2 I could handle, but what's the point of wasting a whole apple or banana for a bite?  At least for now, I just skip it.

Sometimes I give my bunnies a fruit treat. When I do I might have a bite as a treat too. Yum!

Lucky bunnies.  Dumping sounds just awful.  I hope for your sake you don't do it often.

Not at all. It's so unpleasant that it's a huge deterrent. Thanks! And yea my buns are spoiled.

Do many post-ops eat much cheese? I very rarely did until I felt secure that I had lost the weight I needed to and was keeping it off.

i love cheese. But not only is it a slider fiid, high in calories, it also is one I can very easily be tempted just to keep on and on eating.  An occasional treat for me. And as it iS occasional, I just eat whichever one I really fancy when I do have it. I except cottage cheese which I dislike

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

DSers do. Most of us eat cheese like it was...BACON! (*grin*)

Yes, but the OP is not considering DS.

Cheese stick and bacon was my snack earlier! (DS-er though).

I have at least one cheese stick a day. I tried doing the low calorie string cheese but YUCK! I like low calorie cheddar, and regular string cheese (I do low cal because my hubs is an RNY-er and its easier to buy for both).

Early post-op I ate a lot of cottage cheese. Now not so much. Not sure why I stopped eating it. Just did.

I briefly did low fat cheddar cheese, but it wasn't very good. I don't know what I was thinking.

There is no such thing as low fat cheese.  Once you remove the fat, it ceases being cheese.

That would be like a ribeye without the marbling.

Packages of crappy "cheese" always read "Processed Cheese Food." It's definitely not cheese. What is "cheese food?" Is that what cheese eats?
