What's yours? Just having a hard time spacing them out, I know you can't take iron with calcium citrate together, I'm taking three multivitamins with iron and b12 and I have diabets meds in the morn and night, 1 blood pressure, then post op I have to take protonix.
I take vitamins 4 times a day and it looks something like this:
1: b12 spray, calcium - as soon as I wake up. This is when I take my PPI as well if I'm taking one.
2: calcium, multivitamin - at lunch time, at least 2 hours after #1
3: calcium, multivitamin, vitamin k, vitamin d, probiotic - at dinner time, at least 2 hours after #2
4: iron, vitamin c - before I go to bed, at least 2 hours after #3

I've been using this. I haven't had labs done since I started it, so I can't verify if it's a good option or not.
