David, I used to wear cotton undershirt all the time. Before surgery started wearing UnderArmor Heatgear compressions. They work great at keeping everything in place, they are comfortable to wear all day. I also used the Tesla sold in Amazon an are good. Order them one size smaller than your regular shirts for a snug fit.
