Vitamins - tired of chewing 'em up!!
The ASMBS recommends chewables for the first 3-6 months, so you should be fine to switch now - but ask your surgeon to be sure.

Swallow them?

I had the same issue - so done with the chewing and chalkiness! I consulted my practitioner and was told that as long as I was taking a vitamin developed specifically for Bariatric patients, then it was OK. I switched to Celebrate! MV capsules (1 capsule 3x a day) and I switched to their calcium tablets (3 tablets 2x a day). Seems like a lot of pills to take, but I wasn't getting in my chewables because I was so rebellious! Now I am compliant and my labs are better. These dissolve quickly and don't make me feel full.
I tried meltaways, liquids, and other chewables, but swallowing tablets / capsules work best for me.
