To get rid of "back fat" you have to lose weight.  If you have pockets of fat left after getting to goal weight (like I do) then you'll need surgery or liposuction at the very least.  Just know that the "fat" you see may actually be loose skin and not actual fat.

There is nothing you can do to firm arm or tummy skin despite all the ads you see for "skin firming" lotions and potions.  You can firm up the muscle underneath the skin but all you can do with the skin is take care of it so it looks as good as possible.  Dry brushing your skin and using a good moisturizer will keep it looking nice.

You can work out to define your muscles and when losing weight of course you lose fat but if you are talking about skin, nothing short of surgery will get rid of it.

If the problem is excess of skin, some kind of skin removal procedure need to be done.  The key is to planned well so the incision can be minimized  and the results be satisfactory to you.

For your arms you would need a brachioplasty

Be sure and post this on the Plastic Surgery Forum

We look forward to your updates!

Yep - plastic surgery.

Don't fall for any false magical creams, lotions or exercises.  It just is what it is.
