Does it hurt in your pouch like an upset stomach or is it pain that pulls and burns (kind of like a muscle pain)?  Adhesions can cause pain in the abdomen.  Adhesions are long strings of scar tissue from surgery that can wrap themselves around or attach themselves to internal organs.  They can REALLY be painful.  Unfortunately they can't be seen with x-rays or CAT scans.  The only way to know if that is the problem is to go in a look around.

That's exactly how it hurts, but it also burns, so how can I ask my doctor?  The did a scan & ultrasound. My doctor said there's a thick shadow but it turned to be nothing

I would mention adhesions to  your doctor.  I don't think they typically think about adhesions when diagnosing the problem.  When you tell them your stomach hurts, they assume you mean "upset stomach" like nausea.  Adhesions don't show up on scans or x-rays.  I've had adhesions wrap around my bowel and cause obstructions.  I also had adhesions from a previous stomach surgery that had attached my abdominal wall to my liver ( VERY painful pulling and burning sensation).  It took my surgeon 3 hours to remove the adhesions before he could do my RNY revision.

You should be seeing a GI specialist that works with patients that have had weight loss surgery. This kind of doctor is more versed in all the types of complications that come with this type of surgery. demand that they refer you to someone who can help you. Its your right. Do your research to find the doctor you would like to see. Do you live in a large town or close to one? Are you just seeing your surgeron?
