surgeon help please

Hi I am new looking for  personal recommend surgeons in Spain, France, Belgium, Germany please can you help ?

I am funding surgery myself and for me time counts as ( my husband and I  have been trying to have a family for the last 7 years ) and I am I am turning 30 this year which wouldn't bother me at other than  and I have to lose weight to under go fertility treatment and if I failed to get pregnant in my 20s 30s aren't going to help   thinking it going to take two years to lose all the excess weight if I am perfect on diet exercise 120 pounds  then on a weighting list for fertility treatment another 18months = 33ish to start treatment
