Kentucky passport insurance

I appologize in advance if this question has been asked before (or several times) but my WLS seminar is scheduled in Georgetown Ky and the only info they were able to tell me in advance is that they accept medicaid (passport) and that some insurances require the 6 month supervised diet, she wasn't sure which ones do and which ones don't. The only info I can find online about medicaid and WLS is old, so I was interested in any info anyone has about any recent requirements. Thanks in advance 

I would call the customer service number on your card and get the information first hand. 

This is going to be specific to your plan; different Medicaid setups have different coverage requirements. See if you can download a benefit book for your plan, or contact customer service to get specifics based on your situation.
