United healthcare/optum

I have united healthcare/optum as well. I am just beginning the journey I have a phone call scheduled with my nurse on 3/11 and the bariatric appointment 3/18. I am just wondering what everyone's out of pocket cost is?

These amounts vary by plan, so check your insuance documentation. I'm sure the nurse will be able to answer those questions though.

My United/optum plan was $250 out of pocket for the hospital stay and $100 for the surgeon's initial visit. Good luck!
