Before and 6 mo pics
i always loved seeing before/during/after pics when i was pre-op. The first picture was taken July 19 2014 when i was about to start my preop diet I weighed 298 and the second picture was taking Feb 5 (6 months 4 days) weighing 197- 101 lbs weight loss! I had 2 for 1 scale victories at 6 months... losing 100lbs and getting into "one-derland"
