Hi,
It is tricky getting these electrolytes while staying low carb. Magnesium - I have just bought as vitamins, sodium - I started adding more salt to everything (lucky I like salt!! I even add a pinch to my morning coffee now!). Potassium was the tricky one - we need quite a lot of it, and where I am from you need a prescription for it (too much is toxic). There is a product called "lite salt" which you can get at the supermarket and it is cheap, that is a mix of 50% sodium and 50% magnesium. It's supposed to taste like regular salt, and for the most part it does, but it's not as strong, so I can sprinkle more on my food - which is good, because I need these electrolytes.
If you google "keto diet electrolytes" lots of info should come up :) Good luck :)
