From the 200's to the 100's
Sometimes the number on the scale can be so frustrating! Good grief, I feel like I've been waiting and waiting to get in the 100's! 45 pounds since I started my preop diet...I wi**** were 65...but overall I'm happy and doing the best that I can do. Probably not as good as others but cie la vie! Slow and steady wins the race, I hope!
RNY 11/18/14 5'4" HW: 255 SW: 236 CW: 190.8 GW: 125...although 140 may be more realistic...can't comprehend what's possible!
Pre-op -11.6 lbs, M1 -13.6 lbs, M2 -10 lbs, M3 -6.8 lbs, M4 -7.6 lbs, M5 -3.8, M6 -3.0, and counting!
You'll get there. Use seeing the 1-something number on your scale as motivation. Keep doing what you're doing. Losing 45 pounds on your pre-op diet is a fantastic start.

We Can Do Hard Things
I use to play a head game with myself.... When I was in the 330's, I would make my goal the next 10. For example come on Kathy you can make it to 329 and then 319 and then 309. I found for me I could manage 10 pound blocks at a time anymore and I would get freaked out since I had so much to lose.
You are doing great, headed the right way and keep noting how great you feel, the more you can do and how your clothes are fitting you and or falling off you We look forward to your updates.
