Fat Clothes In Your Closet?
I don't have anything in my closet that is too big! I got rid of my fat clothes as I lost weight.
I didn't want any reminders and I had a great fear that I could be tempted to fit into them again! It was this same line of thinking that led me to have plastic surgery. Get rid of the excess skin ASAP.
Nope as I lost I tossed, that was the rule and now that I have been at goal for many years I have way too many clothes that fit, like a storage locker full of bins of clothes and that was after I donated half to Goodwill when I moved out of my house. Once I buy a new house I will figure out what I want to keep and the rest is gone. Its great to be the same size for many years and be able to get rid of your clothes because they are out of style not because they don't fit.
Thanks! I like to donate my clothes to Goodwill or Salvation Army instead of consign them because I like the idea of them going to charity. I don't buy much anymore, I can go shopping in my own clothes for things I forgot I had. This year I am cleaning out everything and getting the abundance of clothes whittled down to what I really wear. Before I moved I donated 5 30 gallon bilns full of just clothes and shoes and boots and kept 5 30 gallon bins, that means I have far too much for one person.
Well I still kept a bunch of clothes, mostly cuz I still like some of them & figure I can tailor them in, for the rest every now & then I just put them in plastic bags & put them in the clothing bin down the street. I didn't realize how big some of these clothes were till I tried to put them on again & saw the frumpy disheveled look I was sporting. Well time to go shopping again!
