Kaiser Permanente SCAL - Lab Band to Sleeve Revision

I got the lap band as a self-pay patient in July 2009, but it hasn't gone well for me.  I lost 55 pounds and thought I could do it on my own, so I had my band emptied.  When I realized that I was not in complete control of my food, I went back for adjustments, but could never get back that 'sweet' spot. It was either too loose or too tight.  I have gained 30 pounds back and now I looking into a band-to-sleeve revision.  I have an appt w/ my Kaiser PCP on Monday for a referral.  I'm here on this site to ask if anyone has had revision surgery through Kaiser and what was the process like.  Did you go through the Options program or straight to the surgeon stage.

I too am in the same boat. I hope to get rid of my band and switch to the sleeve. I searched for others who have used Kaiser and all have gone through the classes and what not. So I too am wondering if the process has changed or not.
