Does anyone have a good website that I can put old recipes in to asses carbs/sugar/protein etc.

I know there is one, I just can't think how to best search for it.

you can do it on Sparkpeople, or if you are on my fitness pal you can create nutritionals for your own recipe or can copy and paste from another website.

MFP is what you're looking for. ...... Click on Recipes - you can either type in a recipe, or cut and paste one, or "import" a recipe, which is the best option. The "recipe" itself will only list your ingredients, but if you import it, it will provide a link to the site where the recipe is and then you'll have the directions. Also your recipes will be broken down, by serving size, with calories, carbs, protein, fat, etc. provided. You'll have to play around with it at first, but it's well worth the effort. (BTW, fell free to add me as a friend, because I'm always looking for new ideas -- I'm mytimenow1951 on that site!!). ..........😁
