Had my Vertical Sleeve surgery on January 19th. During my 3rd week started on soft foods and haven't lost a pound since! I'm now into my 4th week. I lost 10 pounds on 2 wk liver diet and 10 pounds after surgery - that's it! I've done everything exactly as they told me. Any answers out there?

To reassure yourself, use the search icon to find the quite literally hundreds of people asking this. And being told it is normal!

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

You may want to cruise over to the VSG surgery-specific board too....you will probably find several current posts revolving around this topic.  As Kate said, the "3-week stall" is a very common phenomenon.

Cross post this on the VSG message board.

Keep doing exactly what your surgeon has told you to do and you'll be fine.  Three to five weeks with a stall is very common.
