reminder gadgets?
Hi
I am not aware of any device you can wear that does this function but there are many apps you can download to use on your phone. I have several and set alarms. We did a search for you and here are some links from the google search.

These are a few of my favorite apps (water reminder, vitamin reminder, etc.) http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/2014/12/my-fa vorite-health-and-fitness-apps.html the vitamin reminder I could not function without.
I have fitbit. I set it to vibrate at as many times i need it to,
Now it reminds me 4 times a day to take my meds. But i also ate it up to remind me about some other appointments.
Set up is easy. .
I use fit*****arge HR, but i had Fitbit flex before.

i just got the Charge HR about a week ago, and I love it. I used to have alarms on my phone to remind me for my vitamins, but they could be embarrassing to go off at the wrong time. I set up the timers on my Fitbit, and it vibrates for me when it's time.
