regrets after RNY?

Does anyone have regrets about having bypass surgery, specifically RNY? If so, why?

My surgery will be shortly and I don't want to have any regrets.

Thanks, I lost to goal in 2.5 years, so basically by 2007 I was at my ultimate goal and have stayed there ever since.
