You say you are still eating the same. Unfortunately that is probably the problem. Many people find that after the menopause their bodies require fewer calories. So the only way not to gain, hard though it is, is to eat less. 

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

Wise words from the surgeon who did my hysterectomy 10 yrs ago.  It is not the hormones you are using.  It's putting the food in your mouth feeling bad/sorry for yourself. Start tracking your food.

I had a full hysterectomy a year after WLS. I lost 10 lbs. I am on HRT and the only reason I have gained is I ate too many sweets at Christmas. There will always be obstacles. It is how we deal with them that counts.
