Hi All,

I am 4 years post op and gained about 5 lbs over the past 6 months but now all of my weight has seemed to shift to my thighs and they are extremely fat. Has this happened to anyone? If so, what did you do? Please share your exercises, tips, tricks, suggestions, etc.!

Thanks in advance,

CeeTee

I'm pretty much losing my weight from the top down.  I'm wearing a small in shirts now, but my bottoms are a size 14.  I know it will even out eventually.

Sadly, you can't spot reduce fat.  Work on losing the weight and it'll come off your thighs eventually.
