Thanks, and I always try to honor the person who inspired me by coming back and showing that even those who aren't fanatical about diet and exercise and vitamins can be successful if they put in a little effort.

Thanks your comments mean a lot to me, I never push wls on anyone but am always will to share my wls journey with anyone who is interested.  It's important to me to stay grounded and real.
