Is this weather making you want to EAT??????????
I was just reading where New England is getting hit with another storm AGAIN! There are no words. Has this non stop cold, snow and lack of sun make you want to EAT, EAT, EAT?
Here are some suggestions, previous posts, articles to help! My favorite thing I did? Made my WLS bucket list. Not only was it a thrill to put my post WLS dreams on paper but it helped me when I hit a speed bump in my weight loss and recharged my determination.
HANG IN THERE and add any suggestions you may have!

Yes it does make me want to eat. Gloomy day today 37 degrees , I sit in front of the computer mostly all day and munch on air popped popcorn and drink tea, keeps me warm with a calming feel. I stay away from caffine as it causes me to feel like eating even more. Yesterday was 65 degrees with sunshine I walked 3 miles yesterday. Self talk helps me get through these gloomy days. I have to keep repeating in my head I don't want to feel bad. I don't want to feel bad , I don't want to feel bad, I don't want to feel bad. Over and Over. Its more of feeling bad than looking bad that helps keep me on track.I get through the day. I also have An Indoor "Things to do" List...Git R Done I say I also started crocheting this year..Tomorrow will be sunshine. I'll be walking 3 miles again. Great Post. PeaceV

It's a proven fact the more days without sunshine it does make for depression. When I hear the sun is going to shine I get out too. Enjoy your walk and I love knitting, it keeps my hands busy. Crocheting has all the cool patterns I need to learn.
Take care,
Kathy
