I was wondering - what about your partner and church community?  (I assume you have a church community due to your previous posts.) Are they not supportive? Or are you not turning to them for support?

this site has a blogging function which is really helpful for keeping track of daily ups and downs, big victories and small Non Scale Victories.  Use it--it's very good to do.

Ditto this. It's also super helpful for keeping track of things that others on the boards probably won't care about, like buying vitamins or talking to someone on the phone about your insurance.

You have mentioned your husband several times. Why is he not able to help you?

I did it all on my own. I did have my mom help with my kids but I took care of myself with no problems.
