Definitely a question for your Dr.

If you had a weight loss surgery with a malabsorptive component you may require a different delivery route, or certain types of medication (not extended release, etc.), those considered NSAIDS might need to be limited or avoided.

I'd get your WLS surgeon's office and Oncologist talking and working on a plan for you.
