help!!!

i was 298 and lost 40 pounds on my prep diet I'll be a year out on may 16 and i only lost 50 since surgery , i count my calories i work out  i don't understand why I'm not losing

We'll need more info so we can help you.  What surgery did you have?  You've lost 90 pounds in total so you're now around 200 pounds? What is your BMI now?  

WLS isn't about counting calories.  What are you eating?  If you're eating too many carbs, grazing then that can cause us not to lose weight.

i don't eat any carbs only protein,veggies and fruit . my BMI is 39.2 right now . I DO drink a lot of unsweetened ice tea . Could that be the problem??? my dr said i should have lost more by now that i should be at his goal for me at 180 . I diddnt have a goal weight i did this because i had diabetic issues and now I'm diabetes free , that was my goal

today i had 10 small shrimp , 1 cup of watermelon and 16 peanuts and 32 oz of unsweetened ice tea

You're not getting in nearly enough protein if that's all you're eating. 

My plan requires 3 meals a day, no snacks, and 60-80 grams of protein. 

You should also be getting at least 64 ounces of liquid a day - preferably closer to 96.

Fruit has carbs --- veggies have carbs --- you might mean that you don't eat a lot of processed carbs.

You might try to log your food into My FItness Pal or another site, and get a good glimpse into what you really are consuming in terms of calories, sugars, carbs, etc.

Veggies and fruit have carbs.  No, drinking unsweetened tea won't keep you from losing weight.  How many calories are you eating in a typical day?  Are you exercising?  Why does your doc think you haven't lost more?
