Shaun T's T25
Ok guys....I know everyone has seen the commercials, but Talking with my buddy Willie H made me want to post this. He asked how have I lost so much weight so fast. Other than my quest bars for breakfast, sometimes lunch, Snack at 10 of a couple pieces of beef jerkey (Old trapper brand Terryaki) I do Oscar Mayer P3 for lunch, Beef jerkey at 2:30, and whatever is for dinner,,,,I also get in about 5 bottles of water between breakfast and dinner...then 2 more after dinner or a Bai5.
Ok,,,,,, I went from losing about 1 pound every other day to losing about 2 lbs a day (not everyone will so dont hate).....using Shaun T's T25. Yes it is only 25 min a day, but be ready to move. And some of the moves I found out just how White and no Rhythm I have....BUT....I just keep moving. His workout they show on TV looks hard and it is, BUT, again, THE MODIFIER is a person that is doing a modified version of the same thing..... And I can stay up and sometimes pass what they do. They key is......If they do, and this is only and example they dont do this, If they do 50 pushups and you can only do 1, but in perfect form....thats all he asks......No sense in doing 10 in bad form, But Even at 379 lbs I could keep up with the modified version. ITS ONLY 25 MIN A DAY,,,,,,, You will be sore, trust me, but you will be happy with the results. My wife, who is not big at all and hates working out, we would get home and she would be the first one dressed and ready to go out to the shop and workout. WHY< because she not only saw the results on me,,,,and her,,,, but she was in a head on collision about 5 years ago, and never before did she now have no back pain, could sleep better (and not from being worn out) but the next day have the energy to make it through the day, She works at a Food Pantry helping people who need food .....they serve 100 to 120 people a day just her and 1 other woman..... and she makes boxes of food for each person based on their needs.....so its like going shopping 100 times a day,,,, and she in most cases, carries it out to their car for them.
So guys and girls,,,,, they have a money back deal, Try it... we have tried P90X, and allot of the other that wanted to make us curl up in a corner and cry......but this.....I can do,,,,you can do......JUST KEEP MOVING... I had to stop a couple of times and catch my breath or figure out where the heck my feet were supposed to go,,,,, but,,,,,you catch up and keep going........ Like I told Willie, I dont work for T25, but I could...because my results show what it can do.... I hate gyms, my wife refuses to go, but she is hooked on this because it works.......
I encourage you to try it.......Your arms will be sore some days, your legs will be sore other days, But your body will love you for it...and you will love your body for it.............

I have his insanity and when I tried I wrenched my back big time. So I have not gone near it since.
Yes I have both Insanity and Assylum.... I put those in the category with P90x...... NDFNP...... which is "Not Doable For Normal People"
It took me about 3 or 4 months to pull the trigger....and watching youtube videos of people doing it didnt really help because most were trying to stay up with Shaun. These are much much easier,,,,,,MUCH....... and its stuff NORMAL people can so.... EVEN at 379 lbs I could do it. No twisting in a pretzel, and nothing like what we saw on his other 2 videos. Just my opionion,,,,,, and my wifes
That is good to know because man my chiropractor told me to stay away from that DVD. I have though about checking out DDP yoga but have not yet. It looks pretty cool.
