Constipation Question

Since my surgery which was on October 14th I have been dealing with some major constipation. I was going about every eight to ten days and was very uncomfortable. I have increased my water intake, tried colace and miralax which did not help. My dr put me on Amatiza which seems to be working somewhat. I am down to once every four to five days. I can,t wait to be regular again. I have also tried the simply move but did not have any results.
