well i used to find all kinds of excuses to go visit people that I hadn't seen in ten years that had known me only fat so i could see the expression on their face and see if they would say anything. it happened accidently the other day. great fun. i always tell them i had surgery. diane

I just had surgery a week ago(Gastric Sleeve) and I have watched so many food shows. I am truly struggling. I am still on a liquid diet and it is hard to get my water and protein in...I need help
