What was the most crazy, nuts, insane thing you did after WLS?

I will never forget how nuts this was. With complications I was laid up for 3 months.  What did I do for the first 3 months?  I watched Food Network 24/7.  WTHeck?  My husband and everyone thought I was nuts.  I laid there trying to imagine what the dish would taste like and experienced "out of body" food trips when drinking my protein drinks LOL

What did you do that was just completely crazy, nuts

yeah, some people i had worked with for years walked right by me without knowing me until i spoke.  loved how they fumbled. but i told them the deal and loved it. having been obese my entire professional career and discriminated against because of it, i just loved showing my thin self even if i am wrinkly now.   d

Hmmm, interesting question...I don't think I did anything too crazy.  Other than run up a bunch of debt on my credit cards going CRAZY with new clothes

Hi Tracy,

I can't wait to need new clothes. I look forward to that. Hopefully by spring or summer. I hope you are doing well. Thanks so much for all the advice you have given me. Take care my friend.

I completely changed everything about myself and my life so much that I ended up developing some rather concerning mental health issues.  Crazy quite literally.  "Yay."
