Nutri Bullet

What am I doing wrong,? the darn machine wont fit back into the Base to start. its the 600 watt Nutri Bullet. I am turning it and turning it to fit into its place and it wont go back into the base.

Do you have it filled beyond the line?  I find it won't work if it's too full.  

nope, I have this problem with every thing I put in it. Its filled 1/4

If you are getting it in the groove and when you turn it (lock it in) then something is wrong with the motor. I think I read somewhere that some were having that problem. Try taking it back to the store, if that is not an option see if you can get the company to replace it.

Kathy I called NutriBullet company they said the problem I was experiencing is a common problem with consumers of the NutriBullet. I was given some instructions how to fix the problem and it worked I have fixed my Nutri Bullet.  Thank you.
