Panniculectomy

Having rock hard abs is the bomb, not one sit up and my stomach is nice and tight and firm, you could bounce a quarter off it.  lol  Probably not really but seriously spring for the extra and get a tt.  It really is the best money I ever spent, I paid for all mine myself because it was completely cosmetic, but it was totally worth it.
