It has been 5 years since my surgery. I have gained almost all the weight back. I logged in to get some things into perspective and try to lose weight again, but I just feel so sad. I feel out of place:(

You are exactly where you need to be. :)

Telll us what's going on.  What kind of surgery did you have.

Coming back is the first step to getting back on track.

I had RNY surgery back in 2010 and have gained about a total of 70lbs since my goal weight of 130lbs

Oh honey - I can feel how upset you are.  Chili is right, tho.  You're in the exact right place.  We've all been there - I've gained and lost hundreds of pounds in my lifetime.  There are many paths up the mountain, and some are rockier than others.  What kind of surgery did you have?  Are you still in touch with your doctor/nutritionist at all?

Myi had the sleeve 4 years ago this week.  I have gained about 45 pounds back (lost 88 including pre surgery liquid diet).  I am disgusted with myself.  I am still trying just not with good results.  I keep coming back to OH foot inspiration... Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I am still hoping to figure it out.

Hang in there!

Please keep trying, what are you doing that made you regain the w****er water, water, plan your meal, day, exercise. Tell us what we can do to help. You didn't go through all of that surgery for nothing, come on now, back on the horse.

I will keep trying. My knee needs it.  Had my 3 arthroscopic surgery on right knee 6 months ago. Fells torn again.  My other struggle.

Everyone is on their own journey. This is yours for now. And you don't have to stay on this path. In fact you're already moving in the right direction. DON'T GIVE UP. You can do it.
