You are exactly where you need to be. :)
Telll us what's going on. What kind of surgery did you have.
Coming back is the first step to getting back on track.

Oh honey - I can feel how upset you are. Chili is right, tho. You're in the exact right place. We've all been there - I've gained and lost hundreds of pounds in my lifetime. There are many paths up the mountain, and some are rockier than others. What kind of surgery did you have? Are you still in touch with your doctor/nutritionist at all?

Hi, hang in there it isn't over yet you are going to beat this. Let me encourage you like everyone else here. Strength doesn't come from losing the weight it comes from inside us. You are in the right place here for support. Everyone here will support and encourage you to get back on track. I wish you great success and hope that you keep moving forward and see yourself as a champion because you let others speak into your life of what you truly are... A victor over cir****tance...
Myi had the sleeve 4 years ago this week. I have gained about 45 pounds back (lost 88 including pre surgery liquid diet). I am disgusted with myself. I am still trying just not with good results. I keep coming back to OH foot inspiration... Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I am still hoping to figure it out.
Hang in there!

I had the RNY in 2010. I have started the Nutrisystem for now and it is good so far. Ijust feel so sad when I read how everyone is all losing weight and here I am gaining
Everyone is on their own journey. This is yours for now. And you don't have to stay on this path. In fact you're already moving in the right direction. DON'T GIVE UP. You can do it.
