tomorrow's the day
Tomorrow is the day I find out if I get to schedule my surgery! Was all ready for a sleeve up until we found out I have a hiatal hernia as most people do I reckon so now it's the bypass. I have been on my liquid diet now for 9 days and still don't know if I will be approved for surgery but I didn't want any possible issues as my last day at work is next Friday and my insurance lapses on my last day... fingers crossed it's all a go tomorrow.
Many people have hernias fixed during sleeve surgery. Why would this mean you need RNY?
