I worked myself up into a case of nerves surg scheduled 2.12, need clarification on my meds and how they will work after surg. I posted here questions about hormonal changes, dopamine/ghrelin problems etc. I gotta hear one more time from the  horses mouth, after I see him going right over to talk  to my pharmacist she is brilliant, then to chiropractor, then to therapist, then to bible study. That should do it for  today oh yeah and the dentist I between all of that.

Very sensible moves!  For many people weight loss surgery is a very emotional thing. High hopes, coping with the almost inevitable stalls but mainly dealing with a changing lifestyle which may be very different to the lifestyle of your family and friends. You need to be prepared for this and the medical professionals are the best oeople to help you.

Highest 290, Banded - 248   Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006.  Regain of 28lbs 2013-14.  ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
