What hormonal changes are pple saying woman get post op?

I was 63 when I had the sleeve done. I was not aware of any hormonal changes. I did have some hair loss, from not having enough protein in my diet, but protein shake supplements took care of that.

I had bypass last March.  I had been taking effexor for depression and anxiety until about 8 months before my surgery.  I also have had no period for 4 years.  I did go back on the effexor after the surgery because i noticed my anxiety and depression coming back with a vengence.  Feel great now though.  Hope it helps.  Good luck on your surgery...It is worth it!

sorry also lost my hair, it is growning back but i take biotin supplement every day since surgery.  I dont know if the supplements helped, but it does grow back!
