Nine years ago today!!

I cannot believe it has been nine years already!! I feel amazing ( older) lol but at my best... I am so happy at this stage of my life and never take it for granite. I would have never had been given the chance to have this surgery if not for my ins. Doing great and never slow down. I dont do sugar or carbonated drinks. I stay away from fried foods like its the flu and just try to maintain... Uphill all the way!! Love to you all for being here for me!!

Nine years and still doing strong is great!  

I was banded 7 years ago and lost 130lbs but felt too thin I gaind back 10 lbs and felt great for several years.  It seemed like overnight my band stopped working.  i moved to a diff province and can not find anybody to do a fill or check my band. i have gained back 50 pounds now and I feel so out of control.  I am an emotional eater and need to get control.  Does anybody know anybody in the niagara area in Ontario that can help me...
